Alternate Nostril Breathing balances your nervous system.

I made a short video teaching nadi shodhana, or alternate nostril breathing, which balances both parts of the nervous system–the parasympathetic, which is associated with the rest-and-digest part of your nervous system, and the autonomic, which connects to the infamous fight-flight-freeze response.

If you try this breathing technique, let me know how it felt in your body!

Reach out if you have any questions in general as I’m open to requests for videos about other topics!
